These are the terms and conditions of registering with Shiny Shelf, a process that results in becoming a Member of Shiny Shelf.

1. The material which is contained herein is for your own personal use and will not be distributed in any form or used in a commercial or professional manner.

2.Shiny Shelf reserves the right to use the email addresses provided from time to time with the users consent.

3. Shiny Shelf will use reasonable efforts to provide the service selected by Members through the registration process solely for the Members own use.

4. Shiny Shelf maintains the right to suspend, discontinue or change any information at any time, as it deems necessary. This includes the availability of certainfeatures.

5. Members shall not interfere with another's enjoyment of the site and may not discriminate against any person based on race, ethnicity, gender, disability, religion, sexual orientation or any other preferences.

6. A password would be allocated to Members upon registration and it is the responsibility of the Member to maintain the security of such a password.

7. Shiny Shelf reserves the right to refuse registration or to cancel such a registration at its own discretion.

8. The contents of this site are protected by copyright and owned and controlled by Shiny Shelf.

9. By submitting an application for Membership the user states that he or she irrevocable accept this Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions, entirely. The user further states that he or she has read these terms and conditions and is in full agreement of the contents.

10. Shiny Shelf, it's owner(s) or related companies and individuals will in no event will be liable to you for any damages of any kind. Including, but not limited to, compensatory damages, loss of profits, lost data of any form or special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages of any kind whether based on breach of contract or warranty, negligence, product liability or otherwise, even if Shiny Shelf is advised of such damages.

11. From time to time services or special offers may be made available for which fees may be applicable. Shiny Shelf does not guarantee that services paid for will remain available indefinitely, or may in the future be available free of charge during special offer or promotional periods. If any part of the agreement signed upon payment is found to be unenforcable then Shiny Shelf will refund all monies paid by the individual.

12. The laws of England and Wales irrespective of your country of residence will govern this agreement. If any part of this agreement is found by a court of law to be unenforceable, then the remainder of this agreement will still continue in force. The agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
